I’m a surfer dude, and I used to live in a decent pad near the beach.  But I forgot about paying my rent because I am always in a purple haze frame of mind. Anyways, my landlord got mad at me and even though he can be cool — he can also be a real tool.  So we got into it and I says,”Look man, if your going to stick it to me then I will just live in my car!” So he said get lost and now I am a proud resident of my car.  It’s cool though because its cheaper than paying rent.  I need more money though because my business is slow right now.  I am a hair consultant.  Don’t ask me why, but I help people with growing dredds.  I use hemp in all of my products that I push.  I believe God gave us hemp for a reason.  I need money man! Damn, what happened to this economy!

SO I went to Car Title Loans in San Diego.  I found them on the internet after search for different types of fast cash loans.  I found car title loans made the most sense for me.  I already have my car paid off and also have a truck.  They will except both car and truck for auto title loans.  I was also able to fill the application out on the internet in minutes.  They insured me that everything would be good and I can get my money within hours.

By the way San Diego is near Chula Vista, Coronado, Tijuana, Escondido, and Oceanside.

My husband was shipped out to the Middle East this past March. Next, I had a brain aneurysm a month later, I had to quit my job and we have no working credit cards anymore because I simply was not able to pay the bills.

Not sure how I’m going to sum this all up on the annual Christmas newsletter.  The kids are doing ok in school, relative to the circumstances.

With Christmas coming, I have a big question: From where will the money come? A few weeks ago I saw an auto title loan store on Miramar Road and thought about the Cherokee, paid for in full since 2006.  I never went to a store like that, but it at least planted a thought. Instead I searched online for “loan for my car title.” I figured it was my best collateral for now.

I found Car Title Loans in San Diego. Their’s is an online application and no credit checks – no icky stores to deal with, thank God. I completed it in 20 minutes and got the money in one day — which beats the hell out of a health insurance company.  I took only $300 – all we need for a nice dinner, some gifts for the kids and their daddy, and maybe a driving trip to Santa Barbara to see old friends.

My oldest daughter moved to Montreal in 2006 to be with her boyfriend.  Now they have a baby, and I’m thrilled to be a grandmother. They’ve invited me to come out for a visit for Christmas. Of course I want to go very badly.

This would be my first trip to Canada and I would need both a passport and, of course, a plane ticket.  Those costs added up to more than $800. I bought a Lexus during the good years, when being in real estate was like having a gold mine.  Times have changed, which is an understatement.  But that Lexus still looks pretty in front of my over-mortgaged house.  And it was recently great collateral on a loan that got me a nice, new dishwasher.

The old dishwasher was out of the 1970s, an electricity and water hog. My wife complained about it all the time.  I could save money and get some “green peace of mind” with a newer one. But the model I had my eyes on is about $1300.  But we have no savings, the credit cards are maxed out (and cut up), and overall bad credit. Gawd, I miss 2005.  

But I know a lot of developers, and one in La Jolla told me they were selling off some unused appliances from unsold condos for half price.  Brand new, never used, $650.  And you had to act fast: cash and carry, the next day.  I needed fast cash.  

I knew I could find the money, I just had to think about it for 2 minutes.  I own the Lexus free and clear, so I went to San Diego Car Title Loans, where they told me I could get up to $10,000 in a title loan.  All I needed was $650, so I filled out the online application.  That took all of 20 minutes, and I was approved in an hour.  The cash landed in my checking account the next morning, so I was able to get the dishwasher.

My wife now thinks I’m going to load the dishwasher after dinner.  We’re still negotiating this one.

A car title loans/no credit check was the trick.  I now know I have collateral that can help me find other deals when they are there.
